Root canal irrigant with 2% chlorhexidine for use during mechanical canal enlargement and before obturation.
Features
- Removes necrotic pulp debris during mechanical canal enlargement
- Cleans the canal and helps remove the smear layer to expose dentinal tubule orifices before canal filling
- Helps prevent tooth discoloration that may occur if the canal is not rinsed after filling
- During canal preparation, use of disodium edetate preparations is recommended (e.g. Endo-Solution, Endo-Prep)
