Piezo bone-surgery unit for minimally invasive osteotomy with micron-level tip vibration and selective cutting that spares soft tissue.
Smallest surgical cut about 3.5 mm × 0.5 mm for a smaller field and faster healing. High-intensity focused ultrasound affects bone of a certain hardness only — vessels and nerves are spared; bleeding control helps keep the wound smaller and more precise.
