Product Overview

The EASE-IT™ composite heater is a versatile system designed for the gentle pre-heating of composite restorative materials, making them easier to handle and apply. This process facilitates the application of composite in thin layers and small cavities, significantly reducing the risk of air bubbles mixing into the material.

EASE-IT™ Heating Unit

• Ensures gentle heating of composite for easier handling and application.
• Features electronic temperature control, allowing adjustment from 40° – 60°C (104°- 140°F).
• The temperature can be adjusted according to the selected material and personal preference.
• A built-in LED indicator turns from yellow to green when the selected temperature is reached.
• Designed for use with EASE-IT™ Thermo-Block or Heating Jar attachments.
• Heating facilitates the application of composite in thin layers and small cavities.
• Reduces the risk of air bubbles mixing into the material.
• Has no adverse effects on the composite material.
• Two types of top attachments are available: a syringe holder for unit-dose tips, or a jar for heating direct placement composite.

EASE-IT™ Heating Jar

The EASE-IT™ Heating Jar is ideal for warming composite tips and direct placement composites.

• Designed to be placed on the Ease-It™ Heating Unit.
• Comes with a sterilizable inner plate.
• The lid incorporates a blue light filter to prevent premature polymerization of the composite material.
• After heating, the jar can be easily removed from the heating unit and placed at a convenient distance from the dental chair.
• Softens the composite, making it easier to adapt in thin layers and small cavities.
• Reduces the risk of air bubbles mixing into the material.
• Transforms even granular and high-viscosity composites into bright, smooth, and easily manageable materials.
• Tests from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Copenhagen, confirm no adverse effects on the composite.

EASE-IT™ Thermo-Block Combi-Holder Ø 13 mm

This combi-holder is specifically designed for holding composite syringes or pre-filled unit-dose tips.

• Can accommodate up to seven composite syringes or pre-filled unit-dose tips.

EASE-IT™ Thermo-Block Ø 13 mm

This versatile Thermo-Block features a dual design for various composite applications:

• One end is designed for composite syringes.
• When inverted, it becomes suitable for capsules.
• It is placed on the Ease-It™ Heating Unit.
• The container (Thermo-Block) can be removed from the heating unit after warming and placed at a convenient distance from the chair.
• Maintains its temperature for 10–15 minutes after heating, providing sustained warmth for the material.
• Softens the composite, making adaptation easier in thin layers and small cavities.
• Reduces the risk of air bubbles mixing into the material.
• Even granular and high-viscosity composites become bright, smooth, and easily workable.
