Ceramill Matik is a high-performance CAD/CAM milling system developed to make dental laboratory production more efficient, safer, and more automated. Beyond a standard milling machine, it becomes the center of the digital production process with automatic cleaning, intelligent material and tool management, RFID technology, and AG.Live platform integration.

The system supports fast changeovers between materials and indications and enables processing of zirconia, PMMA, ceramics, hybrid materials, metal, and various polymers — helping laboratories meet diverse production needs on one integrated platform.

Automatic Cleaning for Continuous Production

One of Ceramill Matik’s key advantages is its fully automatic internal cleaning system. The unit cleans the milling chamber itself, greatly reducing manual cleaning when switching materials.

The integrated chip transport and filtration system separates zirconia and metal chips from the coolant, helping reduce maintenance needs and keep production running longer without interruption.

Intelligent Material Management

With an integrated 36-blank changer, Ceramill Matik automates material handling. The RFID-supported system makes it easier to track materials and holders and improves process reliability. Jobs can be prepared in advance and manual intervention during production can be reduced.

27-tool RFID-supported tool management helps track tool usage and wear so tool changes can be more controlled and production more efficient.
