RELAX Mouth Mirror
RELAX mouth mirrors are manufactured from high-quality glass-fiber reinforced plastic. They can be autoclaved up to 134 C and are acid-resistant against acids used when preparing dental instruments. RELAX is suitable for thermal disinfectors. FS Rhodium or FS ULTRA mouth mirrors provide a sharp mirror image thanks to front-surface coating and are offered in seven color options.
Product description
More dental professionals worldwide are adopting RELAX mouth mirrors and some switch to them entirely. The RELAX design creates a flush transition between mirror and frame, which is a decisive hygiene advantage. Because the mouth mirror is produced as a single piece, the Robert Koch Institute KRINKO recommendation to dismantle medical products for cleaning when needed does not apply to this product.
RELAX mouth mirrors are at least 65% lighter than a stainless-steel mouth mirror and handle.

Service life
External clinical tests at ZZMK Carolinum in Frankfurt were completed successfully after more than 200 preparation cycles. Based on roughly ten years of experience, these instruments remain in use for several years and show strong color and form stability. Market observation since the 2015 launch also confirms these characteristics of RELAX mouth mirrors.
