EASE-IT™ heater tray

For heating composite tips and a jar for directly placed composite. Placed on top of the EASE-IT heating unit. Comes with a sterilizable inner plate and a light-protective lid to prevent premature polymerization.

The EASE-IT™ heater tray jar is placed on the Ease-It™ heating unit. Comes with a sterilizable inner plate. The lid has a blue-light filter that prevents premature polymerization of the composite material. After heating, the jar can be removed from the heating unit and placed at a convenient distance from the chair.

EASE-IT™ heating unit

Enables gentle heating of composite for easier handling. Electronic temperature control 40°–60°C / 104°–140°F. For use with EASE-IT™ Thermo-Block or Jar.

Jar, Thermo-Block combo holder and Thermo-Block syringe holder are sold separately.

The EASE-IT™ composite heater is a versatile system for preheating composite restorative materials. Heating makes it easier to apply composite in thin layers and small cavities and reduces the risk of air bubbles mixing into the material.

Two top options are available — syringe holder and single-dose tips, or a jar for heating directly placed composite. Temperatures can be selected between 40–60°C.

Heating unit with electronic temperature control. Temperature can be set between 40°–60°C (104°–140°F) according to the selected material and personal preference. Built-in LED indicator turns from yellow to green when the selected temperature is reached. No adverse effect on the composite.
