Retainer-free matrix system that provides a clear field of view and comfortable handling during restorations.

The AutoMatrix system is designed for dentistry to allow a comfortable working area without using a retainer. It can be placed easily for one or more restorations in the same half of the arch.

The Automate tightening device tightens the band and locks the matrix onto the tooth. During contouring the band adapts to the tooth and stays stable while the restoration is placed. After the restoration is completed, the locking instrument with a specially designed stainless steel cutting section cuts the band so it can be removed from the tooth.
