HEDP powder capsules mixed with NaOCl for continuous cleaning, disinfection and conditioning of the root canal system.
DualRinse HEDP supports continuous cleaning, disinfection and conditioning throughout endodontic treatment.
Features
- Compatible with calcium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl)
- Acts as a mild chelating agent to help prevent smear-layer formation during instrumentation
- Helps prepare canal walls for obturation
- May reduce mechanical stress on rotary instruments
Use
- Mix one capsule (~0.9 g powder) with 10 mL NaOCl before treatment; mixture remains effective for about 1 hour
- Use during instrumentation and as a final rinse to simplify irrigation protocols
- Alternatively mix with sterile saline (1 capsule / 10 mL) for a mild decalcifying solution without proteolytic action
